About Me

Hi There!!

My name is Lidia, and I am from Northern New Jersey. I help Health and Wellness Entrepreneurs achieve their goals by supporting them with programs, design, and admin tasks.

I have a B.S. in Accounting and over ten years of experience working in various areas, such as financial analysis, customer service, and team management. 

When I’m not working, you can find me working out or spending time with my favorite people; my husband and two amazing little ones. I also love traveling, cooking, the beach, and just anything outdoors. I’m passionate about learning new things; I genuinely believe progress=happiness, and I love sharing my passion and vision with others.

Early in my journey as a Virtual Assistant, I worked with several coaches in the health and wellness industry. It was then I realized how much I love supporting these entrepreneurs with the back-end of their businesses so they have more time & energy to give the best of themselves, be available for their clients, and impact more lives!

My goal is to help you spend less time on the so time-consuming tasks your business demands and more time enjoying your family, finishing your days earlier, and ultimately giving you back more time to do the things you love.
